The Elite Players Program is an 8-week high-performance development course designed for dedicated youth athletes aged 15-18 who aspire to compete at the elite level. Combining specialized speed and agility training, strength and conditioning, and expert-led classroom sessions, the program provides a holistic approach to athletic development. With insights from top professionals in sports psychology, nutrition, physiotherapy, and recovery, plus a Q&A with a professional athlete, participants will gain the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to pursue a professional sports career.

  • Training includes sprint mechanics, reaction drills, acceleration, and change of direction.

  • Led by experienced coaches specializing in speed development for athletes.

Waiver of Liability

Please carefully read the below.

Assumption of Risk: By participating in any physical exercise, activity, or using facilities or equipment provided by Aspire Academy NZ, the Client assumes all risk of injury or damage, whether arising from Trainer’s negligence or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of equipment, premises, and engagement in activities like weightlifting, running, or sports.


Release of Liability: The Client releases Aspire Academy NZ and all affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims arising from Trainer’s negligence, including injuries due to equipment malfunction, improper maintenance, or negligent instruction or supervision. This release does not cover gross negligence or intentional acts.


Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Aspire Academy NZ harmless from any loss, liability, or cost incurred due to Trainer’s provision of personal training services.


Acknowledgments: The Client acknowledges that Aspire Academy NZ provides services related to fitness and recreation, not the sale of exercise equipment. The Client has read and understands this agreement as a waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity, with no other representations influencing their decision.

Cancellation and Sessions in Advance Policy

Please carefully read below and sign agreement.

  • 24-Hour Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any booked session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee, which is non-refundable.


  • No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior cancellation, they will be charged the full session rate.


  • Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving late will receive the remainder of their scheduled session time. Sessions cannot be extended, and the full session fee will apply.


  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session if they notify Aspire Academy NZ at least 24 hours in advance, based on Trainer availability.


  • Emergency Cancellations: In the event of an emergency, Aspire Academy NZ will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required, and rescheduling options may be provided at Trainer’s discretion.


  • Group Sessions & Classes: For group sessions or classes, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
