The Elite Players Program is an 8-week high-performance training experience designed for dedicated youth athletes aged 15-18 who are striving to reach the next level in their sport. This program offers a holistic approach to athletic development, combining expert coaching, physical testing, and classroom education led by industry professionals. Athletes will develop speed, strength, agility, and mental resilience, gaining insights from experts and elite athletes on what it takes to compete at the highest level.

Program Inclusions:

  • 8-Week Speed & Agility Program: Develop explosive speed, quickness, and sport-specific movement, with testing in Weeks 1 & 8 on speed, agility, broad jump, and vertical jump.
